Welcome to Prettifix Aesthetics and Beauty ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to give 48 hours' notice will incure a 50% charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, do not show, or are too late that your appointment cannot be carried out, there will be a charge of 100% of your treatment cost. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for late arrivals or disruptive behavior.

 

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer, or approved digital platforms.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

 

3. Medical Conditions

  • Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the client.

 

4. Results Disclaimer

  • Results vary by individual. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain treatment results.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and images on our website and marketing materials are owned by Prettifix Aesthetics and Beauty and may not be copied or used without permission.
